These courses are delivered by SharpFutures with support from The Fast Track Digital Workforce Fund

  • The Fast Track Digital Workforce Fund was set up to address locally identified digital skills gaps: supporting employers to recruit for hard to fill vacancies through specialist co-designed digital skills training.
  • The Fast Track Digital Workforce Fund is a £3 million joint venture between DCMS, GMCA and LDSP and is the first of its kind in the UK.
  • The Fast Track Fund works to support both Greater Manchester and Lancashire residents with accessible routes into better quality digital employment, specifically targeting under-represented groups in digital roles.
  • The Fast Track Fund has been positioned to overcome the gap in funding for non-accredited training and create inclusive opportunities for groups of people that don’t currently have access to these digital opportunities.
  • The Fast Track Fund is supported by Greater Manchester Combined Authority, in partnership with the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport and the Lancashire Digital Skills Partnership to address the digital skills gaps across Greater Manchester and Lancashire.
