POD:  People on Demand, a flexible talent pool that supports the digital creative sector in Manchester.  A chance to build your employability skills and gain real and valuable experience in the sector

People on Demand means that you are a new entrant to the digital creative sector and you want to build your employability skills, get offered work that stretches your portfolio and network through paid work experience in the heart of the creative digital sector.

Work can involve anything from running, to web development.
