Content is king and never more so than now. Through this custom-built online transition course you will learn how to create short-form content that is appealing and dynamic but most importantly meets a brief and makes your skills employable. Develop the skills you already have and learn new skills that employers are looking for right now.
You’ll meet the Course Managers and will be assigned your SharpFutures Buddy – a SharpFutures POD member who will be your go-to person should you have any queries.
You will be given your creative brief from Ocean Outdoor Chief Marketing Director who will challenge you to think about screen content and the story it needs to tell.
Your first assignment will be a Storytelling Workshop with BBC and Google trainer Steve Rawling – Steve will work with you on storytelling, audiences, hooks, and the all-important differences between stories, facts and opinions.
You’ll also have an Audio Recording session with Reform Radio – here you’ll learn some top tips for recording basic audio and sound quality across all your content.
